Q: How do you book a space?
A: You can book a space by following the clear steps on this website from the home page.
   
Q: I don't have a credit or debit card, can I still use the service?
A: You must have a credit or debit card to use this service.
   
Q: What credit and debit cards do you accept?
A: Q-Park accepts all major credit and debit cards including; Visa, MasterCard, Delta and Maestro.
   
Q: Do I need written confirmation?
A: You do not require the written confirmation just your BCP reference number. However, we do recommend that you print out your email confirmation and take it with you as it contains important information relating to your booking.
   
Q: How do I amend or cancel my booking?
A: You may cancel your booking up to 48 hours prior to your departure date without charge.
Inside of 48 hours no refund will normally be issued. To cancel or amend your booking –

Q: How late can I make a booking?
A: You can book within 24 hours of your arrival.
   
Q: How do I make a complaint?
A: Complaints can be made easily and confidentially in writing by post to the following address:

Q: What will I receive from Q-Park/BCP after I have made my booking?
A: You will receive an email providing a map, directions and details of your reservation. If you do not provide an email address, a postal confirmation will be sent out the same day, Monday to Friday. If booking over the weekend, your confirmation will be sent out on the Monday. Should you not receive your confirmation before you travel, please ensure you phone our booking agent, BCP customer services on 0870 013 4600. Our advisors will be happy to fax or email your confirmation or verbally give you directions to the car park.
   
Q: Is it necessary to pre-book?
A: Yes, in order to secure your discounted price and to GUARANTEE your parking space. ‘Turn-up’ (or Gate) prices are more expensive.
   
Q: Do we pay when we book?
A: In order for your booking to be confirmed, our booking agent – BCP – must receive payment.
